On March 27, Hangzhou Lanhai Yongchen Technology Co., Ltd. and Xinshengda holding group held a signing ceremony on the general contract of the Malaysian project. The new plant of Zhejiang Xinshengda is located in Kedah, Malaysia. In the first phase, three coated white paperboard production lines will be built, with a total annual capacity of 700000 tons.
